When you feel angry
Anger can arrive fast. The verse comes first, then a short prayer seeking forgiveness. Pause with them. They are not a ruling about anyone else.
From the Qur’an
Those who spend (of that which Allah hath given them) in ease and in adversity, those who control their wrath and are forgiving toward mankind; Allah loveth the good;
Qur'an 3:134
This can be a calm word when you feel heated or hurt.
A short prayer
I seek Allah’s forgiveness (three times).
Sahih Muslim
A curated prayer for this moment. It is not a ruling.
Your journal stays on your phone. If you turn on verse matching, your words are sent without your name to find a verse (we use Google for this) and are not saved.
